Customer satisfaction in Australia June 2020 by industry

Australian hardware stores enjoyed high customer service scores during a 2019 survey; 91 percent of Bunnings customers said they were satisfied, as did 90 percent of Mitre 10 shoppers. Stores that sold furniture and electrical goods also recognized high satisfaction rates with customers. Betta Home Living and Electrical satisfied 95 percent of survey respondents, and 90 percent of customers of Swedish furniture retailer Ikea said they were satisfied. JB Hi-Fi customers were also satisfied; 90 percent of respondents said they were happy with the company.
Clothing and shoes
Customers were also happy with clothes stores in Australia; 95 percent of respondents said they were satisfied with Just Jeans. Elsewhere, 91 percent of customers of both Bras N Things and Suzanne Grae said they were satisfied with the stores. Shoe stores fared similarly well; 88 percent of respondents who were Williams customers said they were satisfied, as did 86 percent of consumers who had shopped at The Athlete’s Foot.
