Ways of handling discarded smartphones in China 2020
According to a survey conducted in China in 2020, about half of the respondents didn't dispose of their used smartphones and kept them at home. Another common way of smartphone disposal was given to relatives or friends, with 27.9 percent of respondents stating that. The survey indicated that there were still plenty of discarded smartphones that had not been recycled.
