According to a survey of users conducted in January 2022 in four leading global markets (Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States), the most important factor in improving purchases while using connected devices was making shopping easier or more convenient, while an additional 53 percent of respondents this was not the most important factor but still played a part in improving consumers' shopping experiences. For approximately 16 percent of respondents, using connected devices does not improve shopping experiences.
