The number of hours spent per day with connected TV in the United States increased in 2020, due to the pandemic lockdown. Users under 35 spent the most time accessing TV content from the internet, with consumers aged 18 to 34 spending 1.66 hours per day in 2020, up to 1.45 hours per day the year before.
