Opinions towards the declining usage of cash in Sweden 2023
Most Swedes indicate they had to decline cash use as outlets stopped accepting the payment method. According to a survey conducted during autumn 2023, 56 percent stated this was the case. That said, 46 percent of respondents also indicated they found paying digitally just easier.
