Perceived mobile app technology benefits among U.S. youth and adults 2015
This statistic displays the percentage of respondents aged 14 to 34 years who indicated they perceived select benefits of using mobile technology to track their fitness in 2015. According to the survey, 72 percent of respondents indicated that they felt they could track their fitness progress whenever and wherever they liked with mobile app technology.
