EU-28: special construction activities employees

The number of employed persons working in the special construction activities industry in the European Union (28 countries) from 2008 to 2019 varied over time. During this time period, the number of employed persons in special construction fell from approximately 10.92 million in 2008 to 8.9 million in 2019, although this is a rise from the years prior.

Special construction activities fall under the EU-28 construction industry, which had an annual turnover of 1.89 trillion euros in 2018.
