Among the Latin American countries included in a survey by IPSOS, Peruvian respondents were the most optimistic about the development of the global economy in 2022. Up to 74 percent of the people surveyed in Peru said the global economy would be stronger in 2022 than it was in 2021. The most skeptical in the region about this happening were Argentinian respondents, with 52 percent.
