According to a survey conducted May 2020, 22 percent of U.S. adults who support the Democratic Party are very concerned that they will lose a job or receive a major reduction in their paid work hours due to the COVID-19 outbreak. This figure drops to 15 percent for respondents who support the Republican Party.
