Share of SMBs APAC 2019-2020, by digital maturity
According to a survey from early 2020, 53 percent of the share of small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the Asia Pacific region were in the digital observer stage. The digital observer stage is when SMBs are starting to create a digital plan. The majority of the surveyed SMBs were in digital indifferent or observer stages of digital maturity as of early 2020.
