SMBs' digitalization expectations due to COVID-19 APAC 2021, by share of business

According to a survey from early 2020, 11 percent of small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the Asia Pacific region expected more than 50 percent of their business to be digital by 2021. More than half of the surveyed SMBs in Asia Pacific expected over 21 percent of their business to be digitalized by 2021.
