Car ride-hailing versus taxi usage preferences among Vietnamese 2021, by city
According to a survey conducted by Q&Me in May 2021, around 48 percent of the Vietnamese respondents living in Ho Chi Minh City chose ride-hailing more than traditional taxis, while 14 percent of them always selected ride-hailing. By comparison, around eight percent of the respondents from Ha Noi preferred ride-hailing services always.
