Top three challenges in adopting remote work APAC 2021, by market
According to a survey from 2021, language and cultural barriers as well as time zone differences remained common challenges in hiring remote talents among companies in the Asia-Pacific region. Over half of the surveyed companies in Thailand and Vietnam also stated the need to refine performance management as one of their top three primary challenges in adopting remote work.
