Information consumers gather before shopping on social media SEA 2021
According to a survey conducted among shoppers in Southeast Asia in 2021, 81 percent of the respondents took notice of online reviews and ratings prior to making purchasing on social media. In comparison, 39 percent of the respondents in Southeast Asia took recommendations from influencers into concern in 2021.
