According to a survey of users conducted in January 2022 in four leading global markets (Australia, Germany, the United Kingdom, and the United States), 55 percent of Millennials reported they would potentially engage more frequently in banking operations if they had access to mobile apps. In comparison, 65 percent of respondents who belonged to the Baby Boomers and Seniors generation reported that a super app would not change their banking operation frequency.
