Import value of iron and steel into the Gambia 2016-2021
In 2021, the import value of iron and steel into the Gambia amounted to approximately 10 million U.S. dollars. This was a decrease in value compared to the preceding year when roughly 11 million U.S. dollars of the products were imported. Furthermore, Turkey was one of the main trade partners of the Gambia in terms of iron and steel imports, with a share of around 48 percent.
