Expected effects of generative AI among CMOs in North America, Europe & Asia 2023
During an April 2023 survey among chief marketing officers (CMOs) in North America, Europe, and Asia, 92 percent of respondents said they thought the development of generative artificial intelligence (AI) in marketing would make some tasks less dangerous. The same number of respondents stated that the development of generative AI would increase their innovation ability.
