In 2022, a survey on how women would address mental health issues during COVID-19 in Europe revealed that 48 percent of women would likely turn to friends and family for support. Additionally, 38 percent of respondents indicated they would seek professional help from a family doctor or general practitioner.

This survey aimed at collecting women's perspectives regarding the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic on issues such as violence against women, mental health, and women's employment situations.
