EU-27: Value added at factor cost of the food and beverage service industry 2011-2020
The value added at factor cost is the gross income from operating activities after adjusting for operating subsidies and indirect taxes. In 2020, the value added at factor cost of the food and beverage service activities industry in the European Union (EU-27) was approximately 107.2 billion euros. This was a significant decline over the previous year's figure of around 163.7 billion euros.
