Workplace-provided options for transition to retirement in Germany 2017
This statistic illustrates the options that are provided in the workplace for employees to ensure a flexible transition into retirement in Germany as of 2017. From all people that were surveyed, 27 percent claimed that their employer was offering an opportunity to switch from working full-time to part-time. However, a further 20 percent of respondents said that their employer was providing no such services at all.
