This statistic shows the annual share of employees that are members of employee organizations in Finland from 2005 to 2015, by organization type. Trade union memberships were the most common type of memberships with a 76 percent membership rate in 2015. Unemployment fund members have increased to cover 14 percent of all employees in 2015.
