Argentina: value of military spending 2005-2022
In 2022, the government of Argentina spent approximately 2.1 billion U.S. dollars in the military sector, a considerable decrease from the year before. When compared to other Latin American countries, the Argentinian government had one of the lowest share of government expenditure directed to the military as of 2022. However, the data for the country remains uncertain due to unreliable inflation figures.
