Canadian attitudes to female body image portrayal in advertising 2018, by gender
The statistic shows the share of Canadian adults who find unrealistic representations of female body image in advertising unacceptable in 2018, broken down by gender. The findings show that 74 percent of responding Canadian women said that they find unrealistic portrayals of the female body in advertising unacceptable, compared to 48 percent of men who said the same.
