In-store holiday shopping main consumer complaints in Europe 2018

According to the results of a survey conducted with European consumers in the United Kingdom (UK), France and, Germany in 2018, the leading complaint for UK and French shoppers when it comes to holiday shopping in physical stores was long checkout lines, with 68 percent and 64 of respondents respectively citing this as a "pain point". For German consumers, the main discomfort with in-store holiday shopping was overcrowded stores during this season. While for both UK and German consumers pushy salespeople were also an issue, only 16 percent of consumers in France found this to be a problem.
