In 2021, Colombia performed approximately 555 thousand cosmetic procedures (including surgical and non-surgical), up from almost 366 thousand interventions completed a year before. The most common cosmetic surgical intervention in the South American country was liposuction in 2020, with more than 34 thousand procedures.
