Personnel composition in childcare facilities in Poland 2022
In 2022, 34.2 thousand people were working in childcare facilities in Poland. Most people employed in the institutions were childcarers (over 73 percent). Teachers constituted over eight percent of the total number of employees. According to the source, nurseries, children's clubs, and nursery wards were supported by volunteers. During the year, 607 volunteers helped in these facilities, increasing nearly 25 percent compared to the previous year.
