Value of chicken soup exported from South Korea Jan-Apr 2020, by country
Exports of packaged ready to eat traditional South Korean chicken soup (samgyetang) totaled to 4.82 million U.S. dollars in the first four months of 2020. The U.S. was the leading export destination with 2.1 million U.S. dollars worth of product exported from January to April. Japan was the second highest destination, with 1.19 million U.S. dollars worth of chicken soup exported from South Korea.
