Distribution of e-commerce sales of haircare in China 2019-2020, by channel
In the market year ending in May 2020, around 92 percent of China's online haircare product sales were through horizontal e-commerce platforms, such as Taobao and JD.com. During the same period, approximately 2.2 percent of haircare items were sold via social commerce.
