As of May 2021, more than half – 53.2 percent – of viewers surveyed in Mexico said they did not know how many channels were part of the pay TV plans they had subscribed to. Totalplay (run by Grupo Salinas) and Grupo Televisa provided the best-evaluated pay TV services in Mexico in mid-2021.
