Priority level of AI for the next two years in the U.S. 2024, by business performance
During a March 2024 survey, approximately 19 percent of surveyed experience management (XM) professionals in the United States, who reported better business results than major competitors, stated that focusing on Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) would be an essential focus in the next two years, while seven percent of those with similar or inferior business results expressed the same sentiment.
