England: distribution of boys and girls 2018, by liking of playing sport
This statistic displays the results of a survey on the distribution of children in England in 2018, by gender and liking of playing sports. During the survey period it was found that boys were more likely to respond that they loved playing sport than girls. The love of playing sports was shared by approximately 65 percent of the boys and 49 percent of the girls.
