Reasons why respondents smoke regularly Indonesia 2019 by age group
According to a survey on regular smokers in Indonesia in 2019, 75 percent of the respondents aged between 35 to 39 years old said they smoked regularly because it made them feel relaxed. While cigarette smoking is decreasing all over the world, Indonesia seems to be bucking this trend. Indonesia has one of the highest smoking rates in the world and is one of the biggest producers of tobacco worldwide.
