Output of electrical energy in Europe 1925-1975
The electrical output of Europe grew almost five times larger between 1925 and 1950, from approximately 80 Gigawatt hours (GWh) to 385 GWh. By 1975, Europe's electrical output reached almost 2,800 GWh, which was larger than 1950's figure by a factor of seven, and almost 35 times larger than 1925 figure.
