Share of people recently changing jobs in the Netherlands 2019, by age group
Is it true that older employees tend to change jobs less frequently than younger employees? According to this survey, it is. Of the employees younger than 20 years, over 60 percent had changed jobs in the past year. Among the young graduates, aged 26 to 30, this was nearly 40 percent. Of the employees aged 61 years and older however, only seven percent stated to have changed jobs in the past year.
