Public opinion on the stationing of Polish army in Iraq 2020
In 2020, the supporters of removing Polish troops and leaving them in Iraq were quite equal in number: 42.2 percent of the respondents were in favor of removing them, and 45 percent were in favor of leaving soldiers and civilian workers in Iraq. 268 Polish soldiers are stationed in Iraq, who are training the Iraqi army as part of the NATO mission in 2020.
