BCCI's domestic cricket season in India FY 2017 by tournament

The domestic cricket season of BCCI had over 950 cricket matches in financial year 2017. About 326 junior men tournaments were conducted with a total of 162 playing days in the country that year. There were relatively more men's tournaments than women's tournaments that year.
The Board of Control for Cricket in India is the governing body for cricket formed in 1928 and was registered under the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act. It has its headquarters in Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai.
