Duration of active job seeking in Poland 2023, by unemployed persons
The average period of active job search by unemployed people in Poland was more than eight months in the fourth quarter of 2023. Men, people from rural areas, and those aged 55-74 looked for work the longest. Those with primary, incomplete, and lower secondary education looked for work the longest (over 12 months).
