Preferred non-grocery retail channels before COVID-19 Thailand 2021, by gender

According to a survey on retail shopping conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2021, approximately 70 percent of Thai female respondents preferred a mix of online and offline non-grocery shopping before the COVID-19 pandemic. Meanwhile, around 21 percent of the male respondents in the country stated that they preferred to shop in physical stores only.
