Main reasons why U.S. consumers would use travel mobile messaging 2022
An October 2022 survey asked consumers in the United States about the main reasons why they would use mobile messaging with a travel company. While roughly seven in ten respondents would prefer using that service to receive booking updates, around half of the survey sample mentioned the possibility of getting information on travel products, such as hotels, rental cars, and leisure activities.
