Online shoppers' preferred return window in the UK 2022, by city size
Results of a survey conducted in 2022 showed that there were slight discrepancies in preferred times to return online items when comparing city sizes in the United Kingdom (UK). For example, around 21 percent of UK consumers wished for more than eight weeks to return their online orders in a city with 250,001 to 750,000 inhabitants. In contrast, in small cities with less than 50,000 inhabitants, this share stood at 32 percent.
