Augmented reality (AR) can help customers visualize products before purchasing them. A 2022 survey showed that less than one-fourth of online shoppers mentioned augmented reality as a tool able to influence their purchase intention. Germany ranked first with 22 percent, followed by French consumers at 16 percent.
