Slovenia had the largest share of enterprises using artificial intelligence (AI) technology among Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries, at 12 percent in 2021. To compare, in Slovakia, which ranked second, five percent of businesses used any AI technology, while in Romania this figure stood at only one percent.
