Share of consumers interested in loyalty programs due to inflation Australia 2022
In a survey conducted in November 2022 among Australian loyalty program users, over 60 percent of respondents said that their interest in loyalty programs had increased as a result of current inflation issues. Around one-third of those surveyed said that their interest in loyalty programs had not risen due to inflation.
