Germany: Deutschlandticket ownership by ticket variant July 2023

Over four-fifths of Deutschlandtickets sold in Germany in July 2023 were the standard variant. The second most popular option was subsidized job tickets, which employees receive through their employer. These accounted for 15 percent of tickets owned in that month.

The Deutschlandticket is a public transport ticket allowing access to local and regional public transport across Germany for 49 euros per month, introduced in May 2023.
