Weekly reach of traditional and online media news in Finland 2015-2023

From 2015 to 2023, the weekly reach of traditional media news decreased in Finland, although the large majority of the people still followed news online or from traditional media at least weekly. Online news remained more popular than traditional media throughout the survey period. The weekly reach of online news was 89 percent in 2022, while the share of traditional media (printed newspapers, radio, and television) slightly decreased to 75 percent.
