This statistic illustrates the results of a survey on the incidence of friends' suggestion on online purchase as of the first quarter of 2018, ranked by product. As of the survey period, 79 percent of the responding e-commerce customers stated that their online purchase of toys was influenced by their friends' recommendations. Moreover, around 69 percent of respondents booked holiday packages because of their friends' previous positive experiences.
