Most popular information channels among luxury consumers in China 2020
According to the results of a survey about the luxury consumption in China in 2020, around 52 percent of surveyed luxury consumers said they received information about a luxury brand or product from the physical store of the brand. In comparison, only 29 percent of respondents searched for such information on brand website or app.
