A forecast from 2021 suggests that the global content spending of selected media and streaming companies would increase by 2026. Warner Bros. Discovery will show the highest increase between 2021 and 2026, reaching a programming expense of over 11 billion U.S. dollars. Paramount Global will grow its budget by around five billion U.S. dollars in the same period, achieving a content spend value of 6.6 billion dollars by 2026.
