Asia and China in particular, is home to the tallest hotels in the world. The Park Hyatt Hotel in Shanghai, China is officially the tallest hotel in the world, standing at 492 metres. The Ritz-Carlton Hotel in Hong Kong is located at the very top of the International Commerce Centre, making it 484 metres tall, securing second place. Another spectacular hotel in Shanghai comes third, standing at 420.5 metres. It is located in the heart of the city’s financial districts, occupying the higher floors in the Jin Mao tower.
