Answered by Evgeniya Koptyug, 22.10.2012

Statistics on public approval of how President Obama handled the issue of creating jobs in the U.S. during 2010-2011 showcase fluctuations in opinions. In September 2011 36% approved, but 62% disapproved. Two months later the rating of approval rose slightly to 40%, while disapproval lessened somewhat at 57%.
